This weekend has been wonderful- how could it not be with this great weather!
Jack and his girlfriend, Allison, came into town for another friend's engagement party. We spent Friday evening hanging out at the house while Will grilled his infamous jalapenos and cheese wrapped in bacon and quail from his big hunt. It was delicious- Will is becoming quite the chef!
On Saturday, we had sunny weather so we sat out on our back
porch and played corn hole while Caroline played in her jumper. She was enjoying every second at home with Mommy and Daddy- not to mention having fun with Jack and Allison who by the way were great with her. Sweet girl had such a busy day she even fell asleep in the jumper while playing outside.
After we had breakfast with Kingsley and Paulie and Jack and Allison on Sunday, we came home and planned our day in the sun. While Will raked leaves Caroline and I played outside, again in her jumper and on a pallet on the grass. This is the way I always imagined spending our Sunday afternoons when we moved to this neighborhood. It was perfect! Ahhh...I can't wait for spring to get here officially!
