Becoming a Parent

One thing we've learned this week about becoming parents is how your social life changes. It might not be easy to pack up and leave town, go to dinner with friends, or have people over to grill out but it is still TOTALLY do-able and a DEFINITE must to remind you that you need to have a little fun!

Luckily we've had the chance to dine with 3 great friends this week- with Caroline in tow! Monday, we had sushi with Kingsley and Paulie, and it was fun to have a beer and talk about tv and movies with 2 of our favorite people. Yesterday we enjoyed dinner with Allen, one of Will's childhood friends, at Chuy's (a yummy tex-mex joint originally out of Austin but is now open at The Summit). His lovely wife, Allison, couldn't join us but catching up with Allen was just as fun since it had been way too long!

So thanks friends for inviting us out and reminding us to have a little fun!
